Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or defective product

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear / lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale or clearance
  • Used or washed products

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
