Exchange Policy
We offer product exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
You are eligible for an exchange if:
• You received the wrong product
• The product was damaged upon delivery
• You are facing size or fit issues
Exchange Conditions:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the delivery date
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be eligible
Once your exchange request is approved, we will initiate the exchange process as per availability of stock.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only on selected products.
Return Eligibility:
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
Non-Returnable Items:
• Used or damaged products
• Lingerie and all undergarments
• Any product marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
If an item fails our quality check during inspection, the return request may be declined.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit to your brand wallet.
Store Credit Terms:
• Store credit will be added after the returned product passes quality inspection
• Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website
• Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order Details
• Clear photos of the product
• Unboxing video (if available)
